Date lookup calendar
The calendar interface
Every date field in ActivityHD that prompts you to input a date includes a calendar so that you can pick a date. The calendar is especially helpful when you need to pick a date in a different month or year.
When you're on a date field, press F3 or click to open the calendar popup.
To select a date, locate the date in the calendar and click it, or highlight the date and press Enter.
Getting around the calendar: Mouse methods
Five areas of the calendar are clickable: the left arrow, the
right arrow, the label between the arrows, the dates, and the Date Expression (F2) link.
The label between the arrows changes the calendar mode, progressing from month to year to decade to century. This behavior is helpful, for instance, if you need to enter a date 50 years in the past.
Getting around the calendar: Mouse methods (continued)
The behavior of the left and
right arrows depends on the calendar mode.

Date expressions
A date expression is a statement used to determine a date relative to another date (typically relative to today's date). When ActivityHD encounters a date expression, it interprets it and determines the date to use. A date expression is particularly useful when used with action profiles or report profiles. For example, if you regularly run a report to retrieve totals from the previous Friday, you can set up the report using the date expression "Friday of last week" and save the setup as a report profile. Subsequently, when you run the report from the profile, the report will always show totals from the most recent past Friday.
Date expressions are formed by combining acceptable keywords in accordance with date expression syntax.
Date expression keywords
The list below shows keywords which can be used in date expressions. You can combine keywords to define relative dates such as "Friday of last week" or "Wednesday of next week".
Date expressions use the current week as the default frame of reference. For example, if today is Thursday, November 7 and you enter the date expression "Tuesday", the result is Tuesday, November 5.
