The final tab on each entity record is the Other tab. When selected, the Other tab reveals two or more subtabs. If there are three or more subtabs, the third and any successive subtabs are the Changes tabs. Changes tabs are visible on records for security sensitive data with change logging enabled.
The Changes tabs list the change log entries associated with the entity record. For each change log entry, the list shows the change log sequence number, the change type (New, Change, Delete), the username of the user who made the change, the date and time of the change, and identifying information for the affected entity record.
