ActivReporter Initial Set Up and Recurring Annual License Fees
ActivReporter license pricing is comprised of an initial set up fee and a recurring annual license fee.
Initial purchase of ActivReporter is licensed for up to 10 Dynamics GP company databases and unlimited users. Additional Dynamics GP company databases can be added to your license for an additional set up fee and additional recurring annual license fee.

The license fee must be paid in advance of license provided. Payment may be made on accountingware.com by credit card only. The initial payment will create an annually recurring credit card charge for the license fee. The credit card charge will continue to recur unless terminated with a 30-day written notice to AccountingWare.
AccountingWare Support Fees
AccountingWare provides complimentary support for ActivReporter via email. Support requests can be submitted through the ActivReporter website, https://accountingware.com/activreporter/support or by emailing support@accountingware.com. AccountingWare will also assist with any malfunctioning software features (bugs).
Direct support is assistance provided over the phone or screen sharing applications such as Microsoft Teams. Direct support for ActivReporter is available by the hour at the rate shown in the table below or for an annual fee through a service agreement. If you purchased ActivReporter through your GP partner, charges incurred by direct support will be sent to your partner.

ActivReporter Service Agreement
AccountingWare offers a service agreement to customers that provides direct support for ActivReporter for an annual fee instead of an hourly rate. Services and support provided under the service agreement include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance installing ActivReporter updates
- Assistance resolving ActivReporter technical issues
- Answering questions related to using ActivReporter
This service agreement does not include any services or support for Dynamics GP. When an issue arises where the root problem can be traced back to Dynamics GP, AccountingWare will provide suggestions to solve the problem but will direct the customer to their GP partner for direct assistance in solving the problem. Please see the Service Agreement Terms and Conditions for more details.
An ActivReporter service agreement may only be purchased by an end-user customer, not an ActivPartner or GP partner.

Additional ActivReporter Services
AccountingWare software support can also be employed for additional services. Typical services provided are migrating existing reports (including from Management Reporter or FRx) to ActivReporter, creating new reports, additional training, security related set up, and automation (bots).
