The Company Options page of the Options dialog box lets users enable or disable change logs and view when the option was last modified and by whom. Users with "Options (Admin)" access to the Company resource can view and edit the change logs setting.

In the Navigation pane, highlight a company folder.
Right-click the company folder and select Options from the shortcut menu. The Options dialog box opens with the Company branch selected.
To enable change logs so that saves and deletes of data records are recorded, ensure the Enable Change Logs checkbox is marked.
When you finish, click OK.

If marked, indicates that change logs for data records are enabled for the current company.
Modified By
The user name of the last user who modified the information on this tab.
Modified Date
The date and time of the last modification to the information on this tab.
