Automatic Revenue Recognition

One of the most significant integration features between Tessitura and ActivityHD is the automatic recognition of all revenue to the event date and performance. This capability is required to produce event profit analysis. The Tessitura data includes the event date and performance.

ActivityHD’s innate capabilities accrue unearned revenue on the sale date and then automatically offsets by posting revenue on the event date.

Expense Recognition on Event Dates

Event expenses are recorded in the ActivityHD ERP system. The expenses for an event can be recorded into an accrued liability account and expensed on the date of the event. Since event expenses frequently occur after the event date, these expenses can also be properly associated with the event, so the profit analysis by the event is accurate.

Organize Payments your Way

ActivityHD’s flexible receipting system is what makes the seamless integration possible. You can map your current list of Tessitura payment methods into standard receipt types such as credit cards and checks but you can also track items like gift cards, refunds, and stock gifts. Bank deposits are automatically created, and audit trails tie everything back to the original Tessitura data.
